Have you thought about moving, need more space but just weren't sure with interest rates having risen to the 8's? Interest rates have come down into the low 7's and most lenders are offering zero lender fees when you refinance once rates stabilize more. The logic is to save the money using the buydown and then refinance before your payments level off at the non-discounted rate (if rates go down more in the next 24 months, which very logical minds are predicting).

Sam's & Costco are 10-15 minutes; medical facilities all along University - you really have just about everything you need within a 5-15 minute drive!
